Board Meetings - Agendas and Minutes
The meetings of the Board of Executive Directors follow an agenda that must be prepared and distributed at least 72 hours before such meetings. The agenda includes the items to be discussed, reviewed or approved by the Board.
Any Executive Director may propose the inclusion of a new item to the agenda, or postpone the consideration of an item. Items can be included or postponed until the very last minute before the meeting, so the version of the agenda displayed here is not necessarily the latest one.
Typically, the first item in every agenda is the review and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
These minutes are prepared by the Secretariat of the Bank, and they reflect the decisions adopted regarding the items in the agenda.
